The "lean & green meal," which you'd consume for lunch and/or dinner only consists of 5-7 ounces of lean protein plus 3 servings of veggies.
The snacks consist of one of the following:
*Proteins = 5-7 ounces of lean protein (clenched first size)
*Veggies = 3 handfuls (leafy greens), clenched fist (raw/cooked)
*Fats = thumb (knuckle to tip of finger)
*Grains/Carbs = tennis ball
So, if you wanted a protein for a snack, it would be 5-7 ounces of lean protein (no veggies, fats, or grains). If you wanted veggies, it would be 3 handfuls of leafy greens or a clenched first of raw/cooked veggies (no protein, fats, or grains). Etc.
