How does the 21 day reset work? Do you guys deliver food? Do you send recipes? Do you just provide the shakes and supplements and otherwise we are on our own?

After you purchase, we email you a Success Guide and a Recipe Guide which outlines the program in depth. For the program, you self-prepare foods using a comprehensive recipe guide and we outline the timing of the shakes and supplements as well.
