The safety seal is not coming off. Is there a safe way to remove it?

We use a non-toxic glue to affix the safety seal over the lid of the canister. it's possible that some residue glue can "glue" the cap to the bottle. You can try blowing a heated hair dryer over the cap for a few minutes. If residue glue is there, it will "melt" and allow you to twist the cap off.
