How much fiber is in Nourify® PLUS? Does it contain amino acids?

Nourify® PLUS contains all of the branch chain amino acids and also has 1g of fiber per serving. The reason we don't include additional fiber is twofold: 

First, fiber can cause bloating in some individuals, and our customers who want additional fiber usually add it with the Nourify® PLUS powder. Second, Nourify® PLUS contains extremely high-quality proteins and complex carbohydrates, which can provide some of the digestive health benefits that fiber provides.
