For one canister of powder, you can either mix one scoop with 6-8 ounces of fluid or two scoops with 12-16 ounces of fluid. You can mix the powder with water, almond milk, etc. (it tastes great just mixing with water), and here are the calorie breakdowns for each serving size:
1 scoop = 110 calories, 2.5g of healthy fat, 10g of healthy & complex carbs, 10g of plant-based protein
2 scoops = 220 calories, 5g of healthy fat, 20g of healthy & complex carbs, 20g of plant-based protein
