You can 100% mix your Nourify® PLUS shake two hours before drinking it and get full product benefits! That said, here are two things to keep in mind:

Because there are no fillers, gums, emulsifiers, or any junk in our formula, you'll notice that the powder will settle on the bottom of your blender bottle when it sits for more than 5-10 minutes. This is totally normal and all you need to do is shake the formula up again and drink as usual. If you go beyond three hours, the digestive enzymes will start "digesting" the powder, which could result in minor flavor deviations.
