Muscle Health PLUS is meant to be taken as a daily muscle health supplement, and we recommend taking the product at the same time everyday to keep your ingredient stores high for optimal results. As far as specific timing goes, you can either take Muscle Health PLUS during weight training (or other training) or 30 minutes after training. The main difference here is that you'll experience some intra-workout strength and recovery benefits if you take it during your workout. But you'll get the same long-term benefits by following either approach. Also, on non-workout days, we recommend taking the powder at the same time as your workouts (to maximize the ingredient stores in your system).
