When will I be receiving my order?

To check the status of your order and shipment, please login to your online Previnex account (https://www.previnex.com/customer/account/login/). Once you have logged in, click the ‘My Orders’ tab in left hand column on desktop, or by scrolling down after logging in on mobile. This will pull up your previous and most recent orders. Once you find the order in question, click on the ‘Track Order’ link on far right.
